Rosewood doesn't have a loyalty program.
Rosewood Elite is the next best thing.

Rosewood Elite is an invitation-only program available exclusively through select travel advisors. You cannot book it on rosewoodhotels.com. You cannot access it through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts. When you book a Rosewood property through me, your reservation comes with complimentary breakfast, a hotel credit, priority upgrades, and VIP recognition at the same rate you would have paid anyway.

What you get when you book through a Rosewood Elite advisor

Rosewood does not run a points program. There is no tier to earn, no status to carry forward, no card benefit that puts you at the front of the line. Rosewood Elite is how guests who know what they are doing fill that gap.

The program is available only through accredited advisors. It does not appear as a booking option on rosewoodhotels.com. When you book through me, your reservation arrives at the property flagged. The team knows who you are and who sent you before you walk in the door.

One-category room upgrade

A complimentary one-category upgrade upon arrival, subject to availability. Rosewood Elite reservations hold the top position in the upgrade queue, above consortium programs and Amex FHR. When there is one room left, Elite guests move to the front.

Daily breakfast for two

Complimentary breakfast included every day of your stay for up to two guests. In-room or in the restaurant. At most Rosewood properties, that is $60 to $100 per morning, included.

Welcome amenity and note

A personalized arrival gift and handwritten note selected by the property. Small thing, but it sets the tone. The hotel team knows your stay is being handled differently before you walk in.

Property-specific enhancements

Hotel credits, spa access, dining packages, and other on-property benefits that vary by location. These are built into your reservation before you arrive, with nothing to activate or request at the front desk.

Exclusive Elite-only offers

Access to rates, packages, and experiences available only to Rosewood Elite bookings. These do not appear on rosewoodhotels.com and cannot be accessed through any card benefit or booking platform.

No relocation policy

If the hotel is oversold, Elite guests are not moved. This protection does not exist for guests who book direct or through card programs. When rooms are scarce, your reservation stays where it is.

"When you book through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, the hotel's client is Amex. When you book through a Rosewood Elite advisor, you are the client. That changes how your stay is handled."

How Rosewood prioritizes upgrade requests

1
Rosewood Elite
Advisor-booked reservations through the program. First in line for upgrades, early check-in, and VIP attention.
2
Travel agent consortium programs
Internova Select, Virtuoso, and similar affiliations
3
Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts
A strong card benefit, but third in line when inventory is limited

How the options compare

All three paths can book the same Rosewood properties. What changes is what you receive when you arrive, and who is looking out for you before, during, and after your stay.

What I do that no program can

When you book a luxury hotel through a card benefit, you are one of thousands of cardholders in a queue. When you book through me, the property knows your name, your preferences, and that you are arriving as my client. That relationship was built over time. It cannot be replicated with a card benefit.

Upgrade availability is finite. Rosewood fills available rooms in a specific order: Elite bookings first, consortium programs second, Amex FHR third. If the room you were hoping for went to someone else, that is not bad luck. That is how the system is designed. Booking through a Rosewood Elite advisor puts you at the front of that list.

One advantage most people miss: Rosewood Elite benefits are fully combinable with Rosewood's own promotional rates. Fourth night free, advance purchase rates, suite packages. When those line up with your dates, you stack the Elite perks on top. You cannot do that through Amex FHR.

I keep a detailed profile for every client: your room preferences, dietary needs, travel quirks, the things that made a past trip exceptional and the things that did not. Every time you travel, that context travels with you. You never have to explain yourself twice.

My fee to you: nothing. I am compensated directly by Rosewood after your stay. You pay exactly what you would have paid on rosewoodhotels.com, and you receive substantially more.

Common questions about Rosewood Elite

What is Rosewood Elite?

Rosewood Elite is an invitation-only preferred partner program for select luxury travel advisors. It allows accredited advisors to book Rosewood Hotels and Resorts with complimentary VIP benefits including daily breakfast for two, a $100 hotel credit, priority room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, and a welcome amenity, all at the same rate available on rosewoodhotels.com.

Can I book Rosewood Elite without a travel advisor?

No. Rosewood Elite can only be booked through an accredited travel advisor who has been invited into the program. It is not available on rosewoodhotels.com, through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, or through any booking platform. Working with a Rosewood Elite advisor costs you nothing. The advisor earns a commission paid directly by Rosewood, and you pay the same published rate.

Does Rosewood have a loyalty program?

No. Rosewood Hotels and Resorts does not have a hotel loyalty or points program. Rosewood Elite, available only through accredited travel advisors, is the primary way guests receive consistent VIP benefits and upgrade priority across all Rosewood properties worldwide.

How does Rosewood Elite compare to Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts?

Both programs offer breakfast and hotel credits, but Rosewood Elite holds higher upgrade priority. At Rosewood properties, the upgrade order is: Rosewood Elite first, consortium programs second, Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts third. Rosewood Elite benefits are also combinable with Rosewood's own promotional rates, something Amex FHR does not allow. And when you book through Amex FHR, the hotel's relationship is with Amex, not with you.

Is there a minimum stay to use Rosewood Elite benefits?

No. Rosewood Elite benefits apply to any length of stay, including a single night. All Rosewood Hotels and Resorts worldwide participate in the program.

Can Rosewood Elite benefits be combined with Rosewood promotions?

Yes, and this is one of Rosewood Elite's biggest advantages. The program benefits are fully combinable with Rosewood's own promotional rates, including fourth night free offers and advance purchase rates. This is not possible when booking through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts.
